I had a service technician (Jeremy A) come to my place several times this summer. Jeremy was sensitive to my needs as a COPD client and did everything he could to keep me comfortable while my AC was being repaired. He had to work very hard in exceptional heat to fix a motor. I am on a yearly contract with King to keep my furnace and air conditioner working efficiently. I had Steve out this week to check out and start up my air conditioner. I wasn't entirely sure what was wrong, I just know my furnace wasn't holding temp which was trusting on those cold days. I got an appointment right away and the tech was very informative with what he did and cleaned, and gave suggestions for keeping up with it myself. So it's Thanksgiving and our 16 yr old water heater goes out. Black Friday morning Brandon came over and took a look because we have an unusual plumbing configuration. We had King Heating replace 3 hot water boilers in our 3- 6 flat buildings 2 years ago next month (Nov.) I had our boilers replaced by King Heating. Very pleased with installation. I have to give King Heating and Cooling a 5 star rating all the way around. Mary was courteous and very helpful over the phone with trying to get us the quickest help sent out to our home. We have an older wall unit that we wanted looked at to ensure it was working properly. Their technician Andrew was able to diagnose and test it with ease. We will be using them again and will be recommending them to others.

The technician was not listed on their web site, so I am posting it under the only plumber I could find on their site. This is for Abel Villagomez.My hot water heater and sump pump went out today and i did some research on replacing them myself, then I called King. They were able to have a technician come out and give me an estimate within 2 hours of my call. The technician, Abel Villagomez, was professional, courteous, and explained everything that needed to be done. He quoted me a reasonable price and was able to install the equipment that same day. The installation was quick and very clean.I am very happy with the service from King. They have installed and serviced my heating and air conditioning units for the past several years. I am glad they are now also doing plumbing because I really didn't want to install a new water heater and sump pump on the day after Christmas!

In the month of January I had the pleasure of having Abel from King Heating, Cooling and Plumbing provide various plumbing services for me. This ranged from fixing a frozen pipe, insulating and placing heat tape on my pipes and fixing a bathroom sink. Throughout it all, Abel was kind and calm and assuring that my problems could be fixed. First, let me say I applaud king heating for fighting the absolute worthless, incompetent and totalitarian city of oak forest on the issue of property rights. The suburban government tried to bully this business to remove his "tin man" and to get ahold of king property for redevelopment (according to the paper). King fought oak forest government which can only be compared to a combination of the mafia and a funny farm.I believe our technician was called Joe. Our ignitor went out and he was fast to get here and replace it. The cost was a little high, but the work was quality and he explained what needed to be done. Everything was cleaned up when the job was completed. We will certainly use King for the short time we remain in Illinois, and hope we find a business as professional and knowledgeable as king in Arizona.
