Gerry was great from the moment he walked up to my door. Very knowledgeable. He went straight to the furnace and knew what the problem was. Made sure he explained everything he did and tested. Took pictures and let me examine the furnace with him. Offered the best solution and went right to work. I’ll only use Kings Heating n Cooling from now on! Thanks Gerry!

Nick was incredibly helpful and patient with this 100% disabled veteran. Explained everything in terms I could easily understand. Low key approach and no pressure, which I appreciated.
I truly hope he is assigned to install the new one tomorrow. He inspired trust.

9.3.2026. HVAC annual checkup. Mr. Padilla was beyond exceptional. Prompt, courteous, left an immaculate worksite. Explained his findings clearly and concisely in language that was easily understood.
Most importantly to me: he accommodated my multiple disabilities with compassion and respect. I felt valued as a customer and as a disabled veteran.

Jordan came and gave us an estimate on Monday, July 8, 2024. He explained the issues that were being caused by our current heating and cooling systems within our home. The system that came with our home had went out two weeks prior and the home warranty was jerking us around. However, King Heating, Cooling and Plumbing didn’t do that from the estimate to installation. They walked us through the permit requirements for our village and the installation of our new furnace and ac was installed on Wednesday, July 10, 2024. Thank you for helping us make the right investment and decision for our home. Thank you for the excellent customer service and professionalism. Jordan is awesome! We are pleased and finally back cool!
