King is always there when I need them. I called around eight-ish. They were here in less than an hour. They fix my problem. It wasn’t a lot of money and they are the best thing in my life owning a home even though I have other insurance I call King.

As new homeowners not even a week into our home, one of the last things we expected was to have to deal with a leaking water heater that was releasing carbon monoxide and pouring water from the pressure relief valve in the middle of the night! After having the system evaluated, we learned that the previous homeowners had self-installed the water heater and several other items, leaving much of the setup out of code and creating some serious safety concerns.

While no one was available to come out that night, the company quickly responded the next morning by sending Martin, and we couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through the situation. Martin is truly one of the kindest, most energetic, and friendliest people we've met. He took the time to explain everything step-by-step, showing us what was wrong, why it was a problem, and how it needed to be corrected. As first-time homeowners, that education meant a lot to us. We appreciated understanding not only what was being done, but why it was necessary and where our investment was going.

The installation crew—Steve, Anthony, Tyler, and another young gentleman—were absolutely phenomenal. They worked incredibly hard and treated our home with respect. Every member of the team was patient, professional, friendly, and willing to answer questions throughout the process. Just like Martin, they took the time to educate us on the work they completed and how all of the new equipment functions.

The team installed a new tankless water heater, a water softener system, and battery backup systems for both of our sump pumps after we noticed signs that the basement had experienced flooding in the past. Having that added protection gives us tremendous peace of mind. As an added bonus, they also replaced the cartridge in our upstairs shower and resolved an issue we had been dealing with there.

What could have been a very stressful experience ended up being a positive one because of the people involved. We are incredibly grateful to Martin and the entire crew for their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to teach us along the way. Moving forward, we feel much more confident as homeowners and are thankful to have Martin as someone we can trust for any future plumbing needs. We would gladly work with him and this crew again.

We’re now a part of the kings program! Next up we have our furnace and A/C unit being looked at for a tune-up/cleaning and we’re hoping for the same smooth, easy experience!

Everything worked like clockwork; From the salesman, Ross, to Carlo and the rest of the team. Very efficient! Replaced my entire HVAC system in seven hours with a team of 4 technicians. All were nice and focused on the job. They did a thorough cleanup and trained me on the system. I couldn’t be happier!

Our AC unit had a rattle and leaky pipe. The Retirement showed up quicker than we expected, and did a great job of not only fixing the problems, but also explaining what was causing them.

King Heating and Cooling put in a complete new system for us years ago and we continue to be very happy with their annual maintenance and service. Alexis came yesterday and was a great representative for the company. Professional, friendly and on time but most importantly, he was very knowledgeable and thorough in checking both furnaces and air conditioning systems. Finally decided to make the call for my AC unit. Todd came out, tested the unit, diagnosed our problem AND… Unfortunately, our system needs replacement. Todd was fantastic though; quick, knowledgeable and answered our questions. Even apologized for giving us the bad news. Scheduling with King was fast and easy, made sure we knew they were coming, and handled it all swiftly and professionally.

Jordan came and gave us an estimate on Monday, July 8, 2024. He explained the issues that were being caused by our current heating and cooling systems within our home. The system that came with our home had went out two weeks prior and the home warranty was jerking us around. However, King Heating, Cooling and Plumbing didn’t do that from the estimate to installation. They walked us through the permit requirements for our village and the installation of our new furnace and ac was installed on Wednesday, July 10, 2024. Thank you for helping us make the right investment and decision for our home. Thank you for the excellent customer service and professionalism. Jordan is awesome! We are pleased and finally back cool!
