I had them out because my AC stopped on one of two ACs in the house. It was 90+ degrees upstairs. They had me shut off air, and the technician showed up early next day. He checked everything, and found no issues, fire AC back up and it was back to 72 degrees in a couple hours.

They only charged me the $99 service fee, the technician was very good, keep me up to date with everything he was doing.

I would definitely use them again, honest, good communication and showed up when they said they would.

After 19 years, my furnace finally gave out. I kept up with my yearly clean and check but the blower motor was unrelenting and said no more. I knew it was going out a few years prior as a technician during a cleaning said it was at 80%. A furnace is a big expense. I had received other estimates a year prior and really didn’t want to take that on. I heard people say, I’m goin to ride it till the wheels fall off. Thats how I felt about that furnace, as long as it comes on, I’m going to turn it on, until that faithful day. I called King Heating and Cooling and they came out that same day for a FREE consultation.
Bobby was my salesman. He was absolutely wonderful. He didn’t try to sell me what I didn’t want or over price me as I was in dire need. It was 90 degrees outside and my house was hot. As some of you know, for some salesman, it’s a money grab! I started hearing the saxophones in my head, waiting for the BS, I promise you, he didn’t do it.
The price was fair, and cheaper than what I had previously been quoted by another company. My furnace was installed after waiting one day. The technician also connected the humidifier at no additional cost. From the 1st call to the installation, they were all timely, professional and polite. Respect is a 1000 and they gave it. King Heating and Cooling is a winner for me. South Suburbanites, call them, and save you some coins.

We unfortunately had to replace our furnace due to flooding from the storms July 4th weekend. King was super prompt, texted and called when the technician was on their way and was really wonderful to work with. They were patient with us and didn’t push anything even with us being in a desperate situation. They kept us updated throughout everything and installed our furnace in a timely matter. After 4 rough days, we were able to breathe a sigh of relief when our air conditioning was working again.

Jordan came and gave us an estimate on Monday, July 8, 2024. He explained the issues that were being caused by our current heating and cooling systems within our home. The system that came with our home had went out two weeks prior and the home warranty was jerking us around. However, King Heating, Cooling and Plumbing didn’t do that from the estimate to installation. They walked us through the permit requirements for our village and the installation of our new furnace and ac was installed on Wednesday, July 10, 2024. Thank you for helping us make the right investment and decision for our home. Thank you for the excellent customer service and professionalism. Jordan is awesome! We are pleased and finally back cool!
