7/14/2026 The technician worked diligently to solve the issue. After yesterday and a long day today with much trouble shooting, the problem seems to be solved. He kept me informed even when I became frustrated. However, I thought the fee would come from KING maintenance program but I had to pay an additional amount. Now, I am questioning whether or not I'll pay for the maintenance program again because it was useless. Thank U to the technicians (the one from yesterday and to the one who solved the problem today. I don't know whether or not the price was reasonable because I only called KING Heating / Cooling.

Brandon did an excellent job repairing the toilet in are power bathroom and I would like to have him to return to check out our master bathroom toilet. On time and explain about the parts from our toilet were old.

We highly recommend King Heating and Cooling. Our A/C broke down on a Friday afternoon during the height of the July heat. We have three dogs and an elderly parent living with us, so we were concerned if we could get it repaired quickly. The person setting up the appointment set the expectations and explained the service call cost up front, no surprises. The service tech Kris called me within two hours, when he was on his way. He was very professional when he arrived and explained what he was going to do, he had the issue quickly diagnosed. To our relief, it only needed the capacitor replaced and the unit was still good. All we wanted was to find a company that was honest and fair with pricing. Working with Kris gives me the confidence we chose the right company. There was no pressure or upselling and I feel the cost to repair was very reasonable. Thanks to King and Kris for taking care of us on a HOT Friday afternoon..

Gerry was one of the best technicians I have ever met. He was so polite and extremely knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected the entire AC system, identified the issue and fixed the issue. He also did a thorough cleaning. Thanks for the excellent visit….house is cooling off😀thanks to GERRY!!!!

This company merged with CHICAGO Heating and cooling so I keep the same guy named Jerry that used to work for CHICAGO Heating and cooling. He’s the best Best I request him every time for my furnace and then again for my air-conditioning unit, he’s very thorough super polite. My mom also request Jerry for her house. It seems though a lot of customers who had CHICAGO Heating and cooling before they went out of business request him he’s on high demand very popular. I pray he stays with King Heating & Cooling because if he quits, I’m going to find someone else to service me. Thanks Jerry.

Love when Gerry comes To service my AC and heating units. This time it was the AC for maintenance he cleans everything checks all the stuff . This time we added a search protector because we’ve had so many storms and power outages lately. We thought it would be a good idea. Price wasn’t bad and I got a $50 off coupon for the unit as always a pleasure to do business with Gerry.

I know I sound like a parrot, but Gerry was Great! I love the way he explains everything he is doing. He cleaned the valve that supplies water to the humidifier, cleaned the humidifier and replaced the filter in it. Gerry then made sure the humidifier was working properly and the water was flowing. He thoroughly cleaned the furnace especially an area in the duct or drum(not sure what it’s called) it was very dusty. I do need to have duct cleaning done.
I prepay for my A/C and Heating maintenance together, so today I just paid for parts. Great Service! Thanks so much Gerry! See you in the spring.

Jordan came and gave us an estimate on Monday, July 8, 2024. He explained the issues that were being caused by our current heating and cooling systems within our home. The system that came with our home had went out two weeks prior and the home warranty was jerking us around. However, King Heating, Cooling and Plumbing didn’t do that from the estimate to installation. They walked us through the permit requirements for our village and the installation of our new furnace and ac was installed on Wednesday, July 10, 2024. Thank you for helping us make the right investment and decision for our home. Thank you for the excellent customer service and professionalism. Jordan is awesome! We are pleased and finally back cool!
