I called King Heating and Cooling @ 5:30 am on February 10th 2026.My furnace sensor would ignite the furnace burner. The burner would cut off. It happened on 3 separate occasions in 15 min period. King heating and cooling called me back to let me know some one will be today.To service me mid morning or afternoon
I rcvd a called From the Service technician (Mr Ken J.) At 930 am Today. Stating he will arrive to my house in 20 to 25 minutes. Upon his arrival I explained to him the problem. He proceeded to check and diagnose my problem. Made the necessary repair. Checked to make sure the job was done correct, the furnace was working. . He has 40 yrs of experience. I am very pleased. Very knowledgeable and experienced. He proceeded to teach me on how my furnace needs to perform.
