When your furnace or AC stops, you can't wait around. King sends a friendly, experienced tech to Mokena homes 24/7 to get it working again.
King has been part of Chicago's Southland since 1968, when we opened in nearby Oak Forest. Mokena homeowners have leaned on us for decades, as the village grew from under 5,000 people in 1980 to nearly 20,000 today.
Today our Frankfort location sits right next door, so a technician can reach Mokena quickly for an emergency repair, a seasonal tune-up or an in-home estimate on a new system.
Daily Southtown readers have voted us Best of Chicago's Southland 11 times. For plumbing, see our Mokena plumbers page.

Most Mokena homes were built in the 1990s and 2000s, and the heating and cooling equipment that came with them is reaching the end of its life.
The typical Mokena home was built in 1995. A furnace installed with the house is well past the point where one more than 10 years old may be nearing end of life. We repair it if it is worth fixing, or give a free in-home estimate on a new furnace.
Central AC typically lasts 12 to 15 years, so a unit from the 1990s or 2000s is living on borrowed time. If it is running long or not keeping up, start with AC repair and an honest answer on replacement.
About one in nine Mokena homes was built in 2010 or later. For those systems, spring AC tune-ups and fall furnace tune-ups are the way to reach full life.
Our Frankfort office on Ontario Street is just south of Mokena, so a technician is close by for an emergency repair, a tune-up or an in-home estimate.
Repairs first, then the tune-ups that prevent them, then a new system when it's time.
