I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received from King Heating.

From the initial contact my son Matt had with Luke Willson, it was a smooth process. I was impressed that a contract was sent out the same day by Luke (Bill the Boiler Expert), and that we also had a visit from the sales worker Brandon that evening. Bill informed Matt that our boiler system was dated 1984, so after 30 years in our home, it was definitely time for an upgrade. While a new system is a significant investment, all of the employees at King Heating made me feel at ease and confident that I was making the right decision for our home.

The three technicians who installed the water heater and boiler system were very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I also want to thank Tony for her follow-up call to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied after the installation.
And one more thing Luke, we need to meet so I can give you a hug. What a nice young man you have become. Thank you again for everything.
