Local service, local experts. 24/7 furnace, AC and plumbing repair for Joliet homes and businesses, backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Joliet winters are downright cold, and a lot of the housing is old: about one in six homes was built before 1940. When a furnace stops, the house chills fast and the pipes are at risk of freezing and bursting.
King is known for 24/7 furnace repair in Joliet, on all makes and models. If your heater is beyond saving, we offer free in-home estimates on new, efficient systems, from gas furnaces to boilers.
We handle cooling and plumbing too, from emergency AC repair to a clogged shower drain or a broken water heater. Our closest location is in Frankfort, and longtime DuPree Heating & Air Conditioning customers in Joliet are now served by King.

Joliet has both ends of the housing spectrum: century-old houses near the Des Plaines River and a large share of homes built since 1990. Its water supply is about to change too.
About one in six Joliet homes predates 1940, including houses in the Upper Bluff and East Side historic districts. If your older home heats with a boiler, we repair and replace boilers as well as furnaces.
Nearly half of Joliet homes were built from 1990 on. In a house from the 1990s or 2000s, an original air conditioner is past the 12 to 15 years central AC typically lasts. We will tell you honestly whether AC repair or a new system makes more sense.
Joliet draws its water from an aquifer that is expected to run too short to supply the city by 2030, so the city is building a pipeline to bring Lake Michigan water from Chicago. Our plumbers service water heaters and install water filtration on either supply.
When a furnace quits in a Joliet January, the pipes are next. Call for 24/7 furnace repair, and read our frozen pipe tips before the first hard freeze.
