Supporting the Cerny Family

Today, we’re asking the King community to come together in support of a family that is very close to ours.

Our hearts are heavy as we mourn the tragic loss of Madlin “Cookie” Cerny, a remarkable 14-year-old student-athlete from Schaumburg who passed away suddenly after suffering a brain aneurysm. Cookie made history as the first girl to make Schaumburg High School’s baseball team and inspired so many through her determination, kindness, and love for the game.

TK’s Longest Ride Yet: Supporting Our Own

At King Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, we consider our team and their families an extension of our own. When a beloved member of the King family, TK, was involved in a severe snowmobile accident, our community stepped up. Through a GoFundMe campaign, 340 generous donors came together to raise over $66,000 to assist TK and his family with medical expenses and rehabilitation costs on his journey to recovery.

WGN Toy Drive

We partnered with WGN for their annual toy drive, with our entire team coming together to donate a van full of toys. It was a meaningful way to help bring joy to children and families in our community during the holiday season.

Raising Money For St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

Our team proudly participated in the Frankfort Fall Festival Parade! We handed out St. Jude donation cards to help raise awareness and support for their mission to fight childhood cancer.
