I recently had a new furnace, air conditioner, and water heater installed by King Heating, Cooling & Sewer. There was a minor setback during the process, but they absolutely made up for it in the end with excellent customer service and professionalism.

A special thank you to Jose, who was outstanding. He was on time, professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. Jose took the time to walk me through my new furnace system, clearly explaining how everything works and providing helpful instructions along with detailed warranty information. I really appreciated how thorough and patient he was it made the entire experience much easier and gave me confidence in my new system.

David and Nick were also great to work with. They were professional, efficient, and handled the installation with care and attention to detail.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and how everything was handled. I would definitely recommend King Heating, Cooling & Sewer to anyone looking for a reliable and professional team.

This gentleman, Steve Padilla arrived @ about 1:30. Upon arrival, he introduced himself and stated his reasoning for the visit. Throughout the visit he displayed knowledge, proficiency and professionalism. Great service. My AC went out on the hottest day of the year, so far. Tech came out on a Sunday morning and stayed until the problem was fixed. Turned out to be a bad capacitor. He even fixed my email address that was wrong, missing character. I had not been getting my invoices.

Just had King HVAC do my AC check up. As usual they were on time, polite and courteous. I was informed of every step of the process and recommendations for future maintenance. Chris and his trainee were very neat and always wore shoe covers to keep my floors clean. Jordan came and gave us an estimate on Monday, July 8, 2024. He explained the issues that were being caused by our current heating and cooling systems within our home. The system that came with our home had went out two weeks prior and the home warranty was jerking us around. However, King Heating, Cooling and Plumbing didn’t do that from the estimate to installation. They walked us through the permit requirements for our village and the installation of our new furnace and ac was installed on Wednesday, July 10, 2024. Thank you for helping us make the right investment and decision for our home. Thank you for the excellent customer service and professionalism. Jordan is awesome! We are pleased and finally back cool!
